- What does the Chrome extension actually do?
- On any job page from Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, or LinkedIn, click the OnPapr icon and you get the parsed role plus an honest pre-tailor read in a few seconds. One more click tailors the resume, cover letter, outreach, study plan, and interview prep against that posting. It only reads the page you're on, only when you click. No background tracking, no auto-scraping.
- What does the pre-tailor calibration actually tell me?
- A simple band (strong fit, solid match, stretch, or high gap), plus a row-by-row comparison of what the JD wants versus what your profile shows. No fake apply-rate stats. We don’t have applicant-outcome data yet and won’t pretend to. Use it to decide whether the role is worth your time before you spend a generation.
- What’s in the interview prep pack?
- Three sections, generated automatically for every lead. Top coding questions ranked for the specific company. Two or three system-design problems calibrated to the role’s seniority. Five-to-eight behavioural questions drilled directly from the JD’s responsibilities. Every question opens into a chat where a Socratic interviewer walks you through it. No answers, just probing, hints, and a short assessment at the end.
- What’s the 4-week study plan?
- After every tailor, the evaluator surfaces the specific gaps between your profile and the role. The study plan turns those into a focused four-week schedule with week-by-week themes, concrete activities (read, build, write, practice), and a success check per week. It’s the part that turns ‘I’m short on X’ into actually closing X.
- What happens when I hit my monthly limit?
- On Free you can still review old generations and edit your profile. New generations resume on the 1st of next month, or you can grab a Day pass for $5 or upgrade to Pro.
- Does the Day pass auto-renew?
- No. It’s a one-time purchase that gives you 24 hours of unlimited access. Buy another any time you need it. If you buy a second pass while one is still active, the time stacks.
- Can I cancel Pro?
- Yes. One click in the Stripe Customer Portal. The subscription stays active through the end of the billing period.
- How does the student plan work?
- Sign in with a verified academic email — .edu (US), .ac.<country> (UK, Australia, India, and others), or .edu.<country> (Brazil, Singapore, and others). Once you're signed in with that address, the Verify and subscribe button on the pricing or billing page opens a checkout for the $9.99 student price. We never charge full price by accident — the server-side check refuses the discount if the email doesn't match. If you graduated, sign in with a non-academic email and the regular plans apply on your next renewal.
- Do you train on my resume?
- No. Your profile is yours. We pass it to Anthropic to author the resume for the JD you submitted, and that’s it. No training, no analytics, no third-party sharing.
- How do I revoke the Chrome extension’s access?
- Open chrome://extensions, find OnPapr, click Details, and remove its site access — or remove the extension entirely. The session ends locally. Tokens also expire automatically after 90 days, so a forgotten install can’t stay active forever.
