What we look for

Parseability — can Greenhouse, Workday, Lever, and Ashby actually read your resume? Multi-column layouts, tables, image-only PDFs, and contact info stuck in headers all break parsing.
Content quality— action verbs at the start of bullets, quantified impact, no clichés (“hard worker”, “team player”), no LLM tells (“leverage”, “spearheaded”).
Structure — standard section names, active voice, sensible length, bullets no longer than 2 lines.
